The HAVENGAI Position Scan

Before we build,
we look closer.

We investigate how your business is positioned, what your customers need, where work gets stuck and what competitors may be overlooking. Then we connect those findings to practical options: improve what already works, fill a missing capability or develop something entirely new.

A clearer view of the opportunity. A plan you can act on. A partner who can help build it.

From a finding to a useful next move

The opportunity is often
between the tools.

A question worth investigating
People enquire, but the original need gets lost between the website, the conversation and the work.
What we would examine
The offer, the customer journey, response ownership and the systems your team already uses.
What we could build
A clearer service page, connected intake and a workspace that carries the same need through decisions and delivery.
What deserves review
Does the team follow up more reliably? Do customers understand the next step? Is the work easier to complete?

Website development. Implementation. Support.

A clear package.
A practical next step.

Choose an informational website, connected business tools or a complete customer workflow. Each proposal defines the setup, testing, launch, training and ongoing costs before work begins.

01 / Websites

Website Design & Development

One-time setup · From $395 USD

Present your business clearly and give customers a practical next step. Choose an informational website or a starter online store.

  • Single-Page Website · $395–$595: one supplied-content page, agreed template, mobile layout, contact action, basic search metadata and one minor revision.
  • Business Website · $695–$1,295: up to five supplied-content pages, navigation, contact form, basic metadata, one consolidated revision and owner handover.
  • Ecommerce Website Setup · $995–$1,995: Shopify theme, ten simple products, one payment provider, standard shipping rules, supplied policy pages, checkout testing and training.
Scope and completion

Informational websites include phone and desktop checks, contact-path verification and account handover. The upper five-page scope allows more layout refinement and a second revision round. Store acceptance covers test checkout, customer confirmation and order management.

You supply approved content and prepared product information. Hosting, domains, subscriptions, apps and payment fees are itemised separately. Custom copy, private portals, CRM integrations and complex ecommerce require additional scope.

02 / Business systems

CRM Implementation & Workflow Automation

One-time setup · From $495 USD

Organise customer enquiries and connect the steps that move work forward, with clear ownership, follow-up and visible exceptions.

  • CRM Implementation · $495–$995: one pipeline, one intake form, two automated actions, up to 100 prepared records and team handover.
  • Business Process Automation · $1,995–$3,495: one process across two or three supported systems, up to six stages and three notifications.
  • Automation includes record matching, duplicate protection, retries, an exception queue and an end-to-end handover.
Scope and completion

CRM acceptance checks intake, assignment, follow-up and export. Workflow acceptance checks one complete customer journey, failed and duplicate events, and the final authoritative record.

The proposal identifies every included system and action. A new public website, private portal, data migration or unsupported connector is separately scoped. Website and CRM projects can be combined in one proposal, with overlapping setup and training credited.

03 / Complete service workflow

Client Portal & Workflow Implementation

One-time setup · $4,995–$8,495 USD

Bring your website, customer portal and internal operations together around one complete service process, from first enquiry to the agreed customer outcome.

  • One business and up to five public website pages
  • One customer portal and one operator workflow
  • Three access roles and up to six agreed stages
  • Agreed email, appointment, electronic signature and payment functions
  • End-to-end testing, data export, backup/recovery checks and staff handover
Scope and completion

Complete when a test customer reaches the agreed signed, paid or service-completion outcome, access permissions are checked, failed or duplicate actions recover correctly, and the operating guidance is handed over.

We confirm component availability and connection compatibility before agreeing the fixed scope. The configuration range assumes working reusable components. Phone integration, new connectors and bespoke modules are separately scoped. Your proposal identifies hosting, support and who will operate the application.

04 / Records and decisions

Compliance Records & Approval Workflows

One-time setup · From $995 USD

Keep requirements, renewal dates, evidence and decisions organised so staff can see what needs attention and retain the agreed supporting records.

  • Records & Renewal Management · $995–$1,695: one register, 100 prepared records, five staff, three roles, two reminders, a dashboard, export and training.
  • Evidence & Approval Workflow · $3,495–$5,495: one process, ten staff, three forms, two approval chains, three roles and one supported connection.
  • The approval scope includes exceptions, evidence export, sampled record/document recovery and training.
Scope and completion

The records option checks ownership, due-date reminders, evidence and export. The approval option also checks approval/rejection paths, overdue exceptions, actor/date/document-version history and sampled record recoverability.

Requirements are defined with you. Legal interpretation, certification and independent audit are separate services. A full tenant disaster-recovery exercise is outside the approval scope. The larger approval implementation credits duplicated record setup where work overlaps.

05 / Equipment and vehicles

Asset Management & Fleet Tracking

One-time setup · From $695 USD

Maintain a clear view of equipment, assigned users, vehicle information and maintenance dates through a platform suited to your operations.

  • Asset Management Setup · $695–$1,295: 100 prepared assets, two locations, QR identifiers, custody/check-out/return, one maintenance reminder, roles, export and training.
  • Fleet Tracking Setup · $995–$1,795: an existing compatible provider for ten vehicles, two roles, two geofences, three alerts, maintenance dates, export and training.
  • Asset or Fleet Integration · $2,495–$4,495: one verified provider connection in an existing HAVENGAI workspace for 100 assets or ten vehicles, with one event-to-task flow.
Scope and completion

Asset acceptance checks phone lookup, custody, maintenance reminders and export. Fleet acceptance checks actual location timestamps, stale readings, a controlled alert and export. HAVENGAI integration adds record matching, permissions and failure recovery; the fleet option uses an existing map.

Asset and fleet options are distinct scopes. Hardware, installation, cellular service, physical stocktakes, labels, new maps and unsupported API development are separately priced. Shared setup is credited when services are combined.

06 / Staff, customers and partners

Collaboration & Communications

One-time setup · From $495 USD

Help staff, customers and partner organisations communicate through supported email, chat, booking, meeting and phone services.

  • Business Email & Calendar Setup · $495–$995: one productivity suite for up to three staff, send/receive and external meeting checks, and handover.
  • Live Chat & Appointment Booking · $495–$995: one existing website, one supported shared inbox, two operators, business hours, offline intake and one booking handoff.
  • Team & External Collaboration · $795–$1,495: one workspace, three staff, two partner spaces, guest access, meeting controls and supported retention settings.
  • Embedded Video Meetings · $1,995–$3,995: an existing portal and verified adapter, one room pattern, expiring invites, host/guest access, camera/microphone controls, supported screen sharing, in-session chat and attendance.
  • Business Phone & CRM Integration · Scoped quote: agreed numbers/users, call routing, voicemail, mobile/desktop use and a supported CRM connection. Diallers are specified and licensed separately when needed.
Scope and completion

We test the agreed live/offline message path, external guest access, meeting controls and access removal. Embedded meetings also check expired invitations and the customer-linked attendance result. Email setup covers the provider environment; connecting a mailbox inside your application requires a separate integration scope.

Provider subscriptions, message/call/video usage and devices are itemised separately. Bulk mail migration, recording archives, persistent messaging, human answering services and new communications engines require additional scope. Suite setup and CRM implementation are alternatives within the $495–$995 base offer; a combined proposal credits any overlapping work.

Ongoing maintenance and support

Website Maintenance · $79/month: uptime-alert review, a monthly contact/link check and minor edits within 30 minutes of human service. Integration Monitoring & Support · $149/month: scheduled connector and failure-queue checks, one test transaction and small changes within one hour.

Application Support · $299/month: agreed workflow, backup and permission checks, recovery assistance, minor changes and a short report within 2 hours 15 minutes. Extended Application Support · $499/month: broader agreed checks, recovery and minor improvements within four hours.

Each allowance covers all listed human service that month. Monitoring frequency, response coverage, hosting responsibilities and work beyond the allowance are agreed in your proposal. Automated monitoring does not mean continuous human response or unlimited repairs. Suitable hosted-platform customers may choose a documented handover without a monthly HAVENGAI plan; custom applications need an assigned operator.

All implementation ranges are in USD before tax. The starting price applies to the named entry option. Every quote identifies software, hosting, usage and support costs, and credits overlapping work when services are combined. Choose a package to discuss your scope; your enquiry does not place an order or start a subscription. Unsure where to begin?
