Statement of Intent

I come from a family with forty years in property and real estate, and I have spent my own life inside the work — multi-tenant houses, boarding rooms, vacation rentals, and the trades and systems to keep them all running well, even at distance.

Aroostook County is full of property held by owners who live elsewhere — snowbirds in Florida, hunting-cabin owners from out of state, multi-room landlords, and small operators who need someone local to handle the work the right way.
