We Asked Google's AI Mode About Our Own Company. Here's What It Said — Verbatim

Most businesses have no idea what AI search engines say about them. So we ran the experiment on ourselves. On September 23, 2026, we asked Google's AI Mode about HAVENGAI — the company that runs this newsroom — and it returned a coherent, detailed company profile. Not a snippet. A profile.

Here's what it said, in its own structure:

"HAVENGAI is a connected growth and digital marketing system." Core offerings organized as Discovery, Connect, and Follow Through. Entry point: a free Position Scan or a $495 Verified Position Brief. Managed services from $1,250/month plus setup, under tier names including Market Authority, Growth Command, and Portfolio Command. Verdict: a "legitimate digital marketing and B2B SaaS platform."

That's a remarkably complete picture for a small Covina business — assembled entirely from our public footprint. No one briefed the AI. It read our website, our business profile, and our public pages, and wrote the summary itself.

What it got wrong

We're publishing the errors too, because they're the most useful part:

It misspelled our name as "HAVENGai" — wrong capitalization, in its own summary of us. Entity precision matters, and even the engines fumble it.
Tier names and the $1,250/month figure need verification against our real packaging. AI profiles can mix current offerings with older pricing it found elsewhere. We flagged both for review rather than assuming they're right.

Methodology

Queries run in Google AI Mode on September 23, 2026, asking about HAVENGAI (havengai.com), a business operating systems company in Covina, CA. Responses recorded same-day. Findings labeled as observed output, not endorsements of accuracy. Pricing and tier details flagged as unverified where they could not be matched to current packaging.
